American Dance and Drama has been producing talent at the flagship Queens location since 1973 and plans to uphold the same level of professional, artistic achievement in its new 2,400 square-foot Glendale location. Children ages 2 and older are welcome at the new multi-faceted studio, which offers a variety of dance classes, drama courses, ballroom dancing, musical theatre departments, and vocal coaching.

The studio’s ballroom department is now holding competitions and also welcomes celebrations and events. A new, six-week summer session triple-threat class will teach dance, acting, and vocals to children ages 7 and older that will culminate with a special showcase performance.

Owner Fred Siretta has an extensive and impressive resume, including commercial, film, television, and Broadway acting, and he studied ballet at the Metropolitan Opera Ballet School. He has been choreographing, directing, and teaching for more than 30 years and has stacked his staff with instructors holding remarkable credits. “We have a track record at American Dance and Drama for helping people to find their big break. We are renowned for sending students to Broadway and film. Our experienced staff has the know how to get the job done,” Siretta says.

This ever-growing family is open to students of all interest levels, whether they seek the bright lights of Broadway, the silver screen of Hollywood, or an after-school activity.
