 Put on your best Halloween costume for the Children's Fall Festival and tour a haunted house, play games, ride a pony, dance, enjoy treats, and make crafts to take home. Also check out a magic show and catch a pig race. When: Oct. 28.

4. Halloween Party Fun
 Eerie ghosts, ghoulish goblins, and bewitching witches will take over the Voelker Orth Museum and Garden for some Halloween Party Fun. Costumed kids can go trick or treating, play garden games, and should also be prepared for a few surprises. When: Oct. 26

 5. Halloween Harvest Festival
Head to the FREE Halloween Harvest Festival for harvest fods, live music, and costume-making workshops. You can even enter the famiy dog in the 8th annual Canine Costume Contest or just watch the parade of dogs in their creative costumes. When: Oct. 20
