Oasis day camps feature facilities and settings for an amazing summer experience: sprawling fields, tennis courts, swimming pools, air-conditioned gyms and indoor spaces, as well as pastoral landscapes complete with nature trails, streams, and ponds. Camp activities include Athletics & Recreation, Performing & Fine Arts, Nature Exploration, American Red Cross Swim Instruction, Field Trips, and weekly special events for the entire camp! Our dedicated staff consists of teachers, coaches, college students, and youth workers, who are positive role models and encourage all campers to embrace new experiences and learn new skills.
For our 4 year old campers, we offer Oasis Early Start. In this program, the camp day is designed to meet the social, emotional, and physical needs of our junior campers. Oasis also offers our popular Teen Travel program for young people ages 12-15, which gives teens the opportunity to take unique daily trips while forming lifelong friendships. Daily hot lunch service is available. Oasis bus service picks up and drops off campers from a number of convenient locations. Sibling and other discounts are available. SUMMER FUN – PROGRAMS & CLASSES – PRINT GUIDE
This summer, Oasis in Bayside offers a day camp experience tailored to your child’s interests with our Camper Academies. For wide-ranging skill development, campers will participate in Chinese language and culture, science exploration, engineering, and fine and performing arts. During academy time, your child will develop their skills in specific content areas. When campers are not in academies, they will participate in our traditional day camp programming, which includes sports, team building activities, visual and performing arts, nature exploration, and recreational swimming. Oasis Day Camp is for boys and girls ages 4-15.

Kara is thrilled to be returning to Oasis at Bayside this summer. This will be her ninth summer with Oasis. During the year, Kara spends her time encouraging children to strive for the best as a teacher with the New York City Department of Education. Kara loves to tap into her creativity and is always looking for new ideas and new things to try. Kara is proud of the diversity the Oasis in Bayside program offers.

Oasis Day Camp Expands into Brooklyn Bridge Park
Oasis Day Camp added Brooklyn Bridge Park to its list of summer camp locations for the summer of 2013. Outdoor events will take place in the park, while rainy day and indoor activities will be held at St. Francis College.
