The Cage Baseball is a family run Baseball-Softball-Soccer-Fitness training facility. For all Age 4+, we offer clinics, lessons and of course rentals The Cage Baseball: Facilities Batting Cages & Pitching Tunnels
The Cage is a fully turfed indoor practice facility that is divided into 8 individual batting cages (tunnels) for private, group or team training. Cage rental includes the use of an enclosed 75’ or 50' tunnel equipped with a pitching mound, "L" pitching screens, practice tees, etc. at no additional charge. Please specify equipment that's needed when making your reservation.

"NEW AND IMPROVED" Infield Area
COME CHECK OUT OUR NEW IMPROVED INFIELD AREA. We have spent the summer placing new turf in the infield area and added some new equipment. Our friendly staff is able to quickly reconfigure 2 of our batting cages to create a 75' x 50' open infield practice area perfect for your team to keep their running and fielding skills sharp during the off season.
Pitching and Practice Equipment
The Cage features the following state-of-the-art pitching and practice equipment:
- Automatic and remote control Ball Feeders
- Baseball & softball pitching machines with adjustable speeds between 40-80 mph
- Portable pitching mounds and safety nets
- Adjustable practice tees
- Portable Strike Zone pitching targets
Snack Bar and Waiting Area
Grab a snack or something cool to drink at our snack bar after batting practice and have a seat in our waiting area where you can watch all the batting cage action or your favorite team on our large-screen TVs. Waiting for a batting cage to open or did't get enough excitment smashing baseballs, then play one our many video arcade games.

The Cage is a family-owned baseball, softball, soccer, and fitness training facility serving the NYC area for more than seven years. In addition to hitting and pitching tunnels, we offer private instruction by pro and college players, as well as group clinics from October to March. Birthday party packages are available. The Cage opened its doors in March 2005 to fill a need for a training facility for ballplayers in Queens and Brooklyn. We wanted The Cage to be a home away from home for baseball and softball players, from travel teams to local recreational leagues. We offer cage rentals, group clinics, private lessons, birthday parties, athletic agility classes, and soccer clinics.
